Your digital life. Your rules.
We help you back to the helm.
We live in the age of the attention economy. Devices and apps compete for your attention – whether you want it, notice it or not. We help you make a conscious decision about what role they should play in your life – whether at work, in the family or for yourself.

All-round support
We find your individual sweet spot. It's not about pure screen time – but about how you actively use it for yourself.
We discuss your personal attitudes to digital media, experiences, stressful situations and routines – and optimize them together.
We set up devices technically – based on your individual needs. You can take more or less control over adjusting the changes as you wish.
We advise you on analog alternatives, make concrete suggestions from over 500 hobbies and help you get started.
The 7 facets of digital well-being
In coaching we cover all areas. It's not just about «less phone» – it's about whether you still listen at dinner, whether you can work for an hour straight, and whether the weekend actually rested you. Each facet influences the others.
When was the last time you could work concentrated for an hour without being interrupted?
On how many devices and apps are you reachable? How quickly do you have to respond? And when it's your boss?
Does your home make digital balance easy – where does your phone sleep, how far do you have to walk to get it? And behind the screen: 200 open tabs, a downloads folder from 2019, eleven subscriptions you use three of?
Who gets more of your attention: the person you're having dinner with, or the person whose WhatsApp message just interrupted their sentence?
Does technology help you achieve your goals, feel connected, educate yourself? Or does it show you what you don't have, how much time you've lost again, and how mean people can be online?
Does your phone keep you awake longer than you wanted? Does it wake you up with notifications? Did you miss the gym because of scrolling? Or do you enjoy a gaming session after a balanced day?
With ChatGPT it's easier to write an unpleasant email. But would you say it yourself? Did you want to say exactly that? Does it sound like you? And how would you have said it to their face?
Where is your perfect balance?
We accompany you in determining your personal sweet spot. Because what matters is not just screen time, but how you actively shape that time.
Theory is good – supportive devices are better
While guides tell you what the digital ideal state would be, we take the decisive step further: We implement directly for you.
We take care of setting up smartphones, tablets, TVs, consoles and computers – technology-agnostic across all operating systems. We take into account age- and situation-appropriate device settings as well as child protection where necessary. We limit screen time and promote healthy media habits, restrict purchases, apps and content, and protect against overwhelming or inappropriate content. For new life phases or changing needs, we adapt the configuration together.
This way technology becomes your tool again – and stops ordering you around.
- Technical implementation of measures with individual degree of control by the user
- Setting up focus modes or focus-supporting apps
- Content and/or ad blockers
- Notification management
- Summary of implemented measures and introduction to their use
Finding analog alternatives
What do you do with the time you've gained? We support you in your hobby search – away from the screen. Together we find activities that balance you and recharge your batteries.
The problem with screen time is often not the time in front of the screen itself – but the time that's missing for other things: sleeping, eating, exercise, meeting friends, being creative. Here you need a minimum of analog and digital balance, because just as you shouldn't eat, sleep or run all day, you also need a balance to the screen.
Many know what they no longer want – less scrolling, less exhaustion. What's often missing is the question: What actually does me good? Screens fill time – you can always do something on your phone. But when searching for self-determined content, overwhelm often arises. This is exactly where we come in and support you in consciously filling this gap.
Anyone who has just moved to Switzerland knows the same gap for a different reason: your friends are still in the old country, and the evening belongs to your phone. A course or a club nearby is then not just balance – it is the fastest way to meet people. We know what is on offer in and around Lucerne.
How the consultation works
Conversation & clarification
Everything starts with a conversation. Together we clarify what interests you, what used to bring joy and what's currently possible.
Pre-selection
On this basis we compile a manageable selection of suitable activities. We take care of the pre-selection – creating orientation without new overwhelm.
Deepening & decision
Together we take a closer look: What really fits? What feels realistic? This leads to concrete next steps.
Support (optional)
On request we support you in getting started – e.g. with course searches or the first appointments. It's about trying things out, not pushing through. If the first hobby doesn't fit, we'll search together for alternatives.
Hobby counseling is suitable for …
- Teenagers who have no ideas of their own besides screen time
- Adults in transition phases, after upheavals or exhaustion
- People who work a lot and notice that something is missing
- Newcomers whose friends are still back in the old country
Case Studies
Still unsure whether coaching is right for you? Here are a few examples of how we support in concrete terms.
"I constantly reach for my phone" Click to expand
1) Initial Situation
- Hours of scrolling on Instagram, Reddit & Co.
- The feeling of losing time – although the desire for rest, movement or creativity would actually be there
- Several own attempts (deleting apps, setting timers) have repeatedly failed
2) Steps Taken
- Joint analysis of media habits and triggers
- Technical setup of devices: time-limited access to highly engaging apps, blocking selected content
- Accompanying counseling to make sense of typical adjustment reactions and build practical routines
- Counseling with concrete suggestions for analog alternatives
3) Long-term Plan
- Regular check-ins for questions or setbacks
- Gradual adjustment of technical restrictions in parallel with building personal strategies
- Adjustment of settings to new life phases and needs
4) Effect
- The phone is used consciously again – not automatically
- Scrolling apps lose their appeal
- New joy and balance through an analog hobby
- More peace, focus and the feeling of being able to control your own everyday life again
"Email, Teams, meetings... I barely get any actual work done" Click to expand
1) Initial Situation
- A person works from home and is constantly pulled across multiple channels
- Dozens of emails per day, ongoing Teams messages, spontaneous Teams calls and scheduled meetings fragment the day
- As a mother, she also needs to stay reachable for daycare and react flexibly
- By evening, the feeling is often the same: busy all day, but hardly any real progress
2) Steps Taken
- Situation analysis: We do a baseline check with a digital stress questionnaire. Together, we look at how the morning start into the home-office day works, which availability norms exist in the company, which boundary-setting options are realistic, and how the digital and physical work environment affects concentration.
- Practical measures in everyday work: We create awareness for interruption patterns, set personal boundaries, design a focus-friendly environment, build clear transitions into the day and schedule breaks deliberately.
- Technical implementation: We set up focus modes on smartphone and laptop, mute unnecessary notifications and manage availability in a more intentional way.
3) Long-term Plan
- If needed, a renewed baseline check after two weeks
- Additional technical adjustments where necessary
- Recalibration as soon as new issues or stressors appear
- Coaching support if implementation gets difficult in daily life
4) Effect
- More efficient work and better quality, despite regular breaks
- Less exhaustion and significantly less stress during the workday
- Less need to recover in the evening
- More calm and clarity through consciously set personal boundaries
"Set up, accompany children, let go" Click to expand
1) Initial Situation
- A 9-year-old child naturally uses smartphone, tablet and game consoles
- The parents want to enable use – but protect from inappropriate content, excessive scrolling and hidden costs
- At the same time, they notice: Children often know the workarounds better than the settings (in-game purchases, new apps, new ways around limits)
- Parents don't want to constantly readjust technical settings – but reliably accompany
2) Steps Taken
- Joint counseling with parents and child: What is allowed, what is (not yet) – and why? Which content and games fit the age? How does "too much screen" actually feel? Building clear, understandable rules and routines.
- Technical implementation on all relevant devices: Protection from age-inappropriate content (e.g. violence or pornography). Restriction of scrolling apps, pay-to-win mechanics and in-app purchases. Time-limited releases and simple options for parents to allow or block content – without technical knowledge.
3) Long-term Plan
- Adjustment of settings with the age and needs of the child
- Regular conversations instead of constant control
- Support for parents when new devices, apps or questions arise
4) Effect
- The child can use digital media – protected and age-appropriate
- Fewer conflicts because rules are clear and understandable
- Parents don't have to know every workaround
- More peace in family everyday life – and trust on both sides
"I have lost track of my apps, subscriptions and folders" Click to expand
1) Initial Situation
- Four devices, three cloud services – and last year's tax documents are somewhere in between
- Charges for subscriptions where it is no longer clear what they were for
- 140 apps on the home screen, twelve of them in use
- Every notification gets through, because everything was ticked during setup
2) Steps Taken
- Inventory: We go through devices, accounts and subscriptions together and write down what actually exists. This is the part almost nobody does alone – and without it the rest does not work.
- Clearing out: Cancel subscriptions, close unused accounts, delete apps. For everything that stays, one place instead of five.
- Filing: A structure for files, photos and documents that fits your head rather than a guidebook. We set it up together so that you actually use it afterwards.
- Notifications: We go through every app one by one and decide who gets to interrupt you and who does not.
3) Long-term Plan
- A fixed date in the calendar for the next pass through your subscriptions
- A rule for new things – whatever arrives gets a place and a notification decision straight away
- Readjustment when a new device, a new job or a new flat comes along
4) Effect
- You know what you have and what it costs each month
- You find what you are looking for – including the things you need once a year
- Only what you let through gets through
- Looking at your home screen no longer comes with a bad conscience
"New in Switzerland – and yet another new login" Click to expand
1) Initial Situation
- A move to Switzerland – new number, new bank, new insurance, new portals. The setup from the old country keeps running in parallel
- Two phone numbers, two banking apps, notifications from two time zones
- Passwords are created under time pressure and end up in a notes app
- Family back home calls through a different channel than the new colleagues here
2) Steps Taken
- What we do – and what we do not: We do not fill in forms and we do not advise on official procedures. We make sure the devices all of this runs on work for you, not the other way round.
- Taking stock: What stays from the old life, what runs twice, what can go. Two countries on one phone is fine – two countries without separation is not.
- Setting up devices: Numbers and accounts cleanly separated, languages and keyboards set correctly, one place for documents instead of three download folders in two languages.
- Accounts and passwords: A password manager where the new logins go, instead of a note or your memory.
- Availability across time zones: Who from back home may ring through and when – and when there is quiet.
3) Long-term Plan
- A check-in after the first few months, once it is clear which services you really need here
- Adjustment as soon as job, flat and family situation have settled
- Support when a new device or a new account comes along
4) Effect
- A setup that fits the new life – instead of one patched together from two countries
- Fewer notifications from two time zones at once
- Documents and logins can be found, even under time pressure
- The fresh start covers more than the flat
